what causes Back Pain when taking a deep breath?

i was standing in the kitchen about 20 minutes ago and i took a deep breath and my back left side felt like someone was pushing down on my lung as i tried to breath.
now i dont know if thats where my lungs are located lol but whatever is there just hurts when i breath deep.
im sitting right now , and i can take a deep breath and be fine , but when im standing it comes back.
any ideas what could cause this ? or what it is ?
ive never experienced this pain before , it just happened today.

Its a Pinched Nerve, take easy breaths and try to stretch it out , these pains can be a pain !
