Backache

Got way upset, what started as heartburn turned to a full blown backache. What to do?
I’m 31 weeks pregnant and I got into it with the roomate. I always try to keep myself calm since I got pregnant but it was hard. And in the past I know my blood pressure has risen, I’ve gotten heartburn and felt sick. I have heartburn now, but it slowly turned into a backache and stomach ache… I’m not sure what to do or if I should be concerned at all. I’ve calmed down but it still won’t go away.
the best thing for you right now is a nice drink of water, some fresh air and to take your mind off things.
Try a slow stroll in the garden, or lay down on the grass outside.
breathe deeply and rub your belly. Talk to your baby and reassure baby that it’s okay that mummy gets stressed sometimes.
Baby can feel what you feel, so when you get worked up, baby does too. Only baby doesn’t understand what’s going on, it will help you relax even more if you talk things over with your baby bump.
The Back and stomach aches are from the tension in your body when you were feel anxious/worked up. These will go away on their own while you relax. Or you can help with having a warm shower, and put a warm pack on your Lower Back.
