Lower Back Pain: Temporary Paralysis?
Recently, I lifted my right leg to clean a spot on my jeans, and there was a very sharp, stabbing pain in my Lower Back and I hit the floor. I was not able to walk. I could move my legs, but I could not stand up. Every time I tried, the pain was instantaneous. This lasted for over twenty minutes. I literally had to drag myself across the floor. Eventually, I was able to walk again, but very very slowly. The pain is in my lower back, right above my butt. Mainly on the right side. If I am sitting for a long time, when I do get up, sometimes my legs give out. I’ve tried anti-inflammatory pills, heat pad, pain pills, muscle relaxers, and nothing has helped. I’m starting to think its my kidneys, and not my back. Last week, I was having bladder pain (not while urinating), and I had my urine tested. I was told I had a LOT of glucose in it. Over 1000 mg. I don’t k now if this has something to do with my back pain. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?
well, maybe you pulled a muscle? when i had a kidney infection my lower back hurt too. u should probably go back to the doctor or er.
