Back Muscle Pain

how and what do i do with this Back muscle pain?
i had this Back Pain as i woke up and one of my friends tried cracking it for me and it seems to have gone worse , it’s been 7 weeks now but 3 weeks ago i played football and it’s gone worse and i could barely walk at that time now i just need to know what shall i prevent doing in order to recover fast, first i know this isn’t a serious injury it’s just a muscle pain but it’s so irritating! i can’t stand it. so please just give me tips on what i should do thanks.
I would suggest that you purchase heating pads for back pain. They sell them at drugstores. You can take a hot bath. The hottest your body can stand and relax for like 20 minutes in it. Taking some Ibuprofen helps because not only is it for the pain but it helps with the inflammation. Rubbing your sore muscles with ointments (for back pain) that they sell at drugstores can also relieve your pain. Try not to strain yourself with any heavy duty activities. Lay low for about a week at least. And if your pain gets worse or persists, then see your doctor.
